Web Application Developer (Svelte, Go)

Location: Remote (within Germany), Berlin Salary Range: EUR 60,000 – 85,000

We are looking for a Web Application Developer to join our team at RedMimicry. In this role, you rebuild our customer frontend from scratch in a greenfield approach. Our existing backend is built in Go, providing a robust foundation for the application. You will own the frontend, from initial design through to final implementation, shaping how users interact with our cyberattack emulation platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a responsive and user-friendly web interface for our Breach and Attack Emulation platform in Svelte.
  • Integrate the frontend with our Go-based backend.
  • Own the frontend development process, from initial design and architecture to deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of our development team to ensure good integration with the existing backend.

  • Strong frontend development skills with Svelte.
  • Solid experience in building web applications, ideally for a cyber-security audience.
  • A good understanding of Go applications and how to efficiently integrate frontend frameworks with a Go backend.
  • Experience designing UI/UX, you should feel comfortable shaping interfaces from scratch.
  • Ownership mindset, as you build clean, secure, and maintainable code and feel responsible for the frontend as a whole.
  • Interest in cyber-security and the challenges of building web applications for a technical audience.
  • Languages
    • English (required)
    • German (a plus)

Other Requirements

  • Primary residence in Germany
  • Clean criminal record certificate
  • Willingness to travel to the Berlin office approximately once per month
